Before this, our technicians carried clipboards. Now they scan a QR code on the machine and everything they need is on their phone. The platform handles the whole chain — the member reports it, the gym approves it, the technician does the work, and it gets billed. CookieTech built all four pieces and they work together.

CookieTech has built three products for us — medical record review, mental health assessment, and medication tracking. What I value is that they understand the domain, not just the code. When we said the medical summaries had to be physician-signed and auditable, they designed for it, keeping the AI draft separate from the doctor’s final version so every claim can be traced.

Our research team had the models working but no way to put them in front of users. CookieTech built everything around them — the queue, the real-time interface, the video delivery. They understood exactly where their part started and ours ended, which is rarer than it should be.

CookieTech took ParkSight from concept to a live marketplace on iOS, Android and web — bookings, payments, host payouts and our event parking flow. When our own team took over development, the handover was clean and the codebase was documented well enough to keep building on.

We came to CookieTech with a problem most developers didn't want to touch — gang sheets have to be exact, at real physical dimensions, or you waste expensive film. They built us a browser editor that works in inches and renders production-ready files at 300 DPI, plus the whole business around it: storefronts, orders, sales tax, and automatic payouts to our shops. It's the engine the company runs on.

We'd built our first version on a no-code platform and hit a wall — the data model we needed just wasn't possible there. CookieTech rebuilt it properly on Flutter and Postgres without losing what we'd already validated. We can finally build the features we'd been putting off.
