The Problem
Remote tech roles are scattered across dozens of job boards, and applicant tracking systems reject most résumés automatically with zero explanation — existing tools return a bare score with no reasoning attached.
The Solution
- Daily aggregation from 5 job boards (LinkedIn, RemoteOK, Relocate.me, Larajobs, VueJobs)
- Explainable ATS scoring engine — 5 weighted dimensions, letter grade, matched/missing keywords
- Multi-format résumé parsing (PDF, DOC, DOCX, text) — never written to disk or database
- Programmatic SEO — auto-generated sitemap and per-page metadata for every aggregated job
- Classical NLP (TF-IDF) instead of an LLM — deterministic, instant, and fully explainable
Outcome
Delivered as two products — a scraper/scoring API and a React web client — aggregating 5 job boards daily with programmatic SEO capacity for up to 50,000 indexable pages.
