The Problem

Gym equipment maintenance was entirely manual and fragmented — members had no way to report issues, staff had no dispatch system, and technicians had zero real-time visibility.

What We Built

Flutter mobile app (iOS + Android) with QR code scanning for instant issue reporting
Work order lifecycle: submit → approve → dispatch → track → complete
Next.js web dashboard with equipment database and warranty tracking
Quote management, billing with tax calculations, PDF/Excel export
FastAPI backend with 6-role system (Super Admin, Org Owner, Gym Admin, Staff, Technician, Member)
Zebra thermal printer integration (Bluetooth + Network) for labels and tickets
Google Maps integration for gym discovery and technician navigation
Bilingual support: English + Spanish

Results

Live in production — API, dashboard, and mobile app all deployed. Serving gyms in Brooklyn, NY and expanding. Veteran-owned US business based in Burgettstown, PA.
